Brow Lift Surgery
Brow lift surgery is a surgical procedure to improve the appearance of the eyebrows and upper eyelid area. During the operation, the surgeon may use different techniques depending on the patient's anatomical structure and needs.
In general, the operation can be performed with three different methods:
- Endoscopic: It is performed with small incisions in the hairline.
- Temporal It is done with incisions in the temporal region.
- Subcutaneous Again, it is performed with an incision made at the hairline in the temple area and after the skin is freed up to the eyebrow, some skin is removed and the eyebrow is lifted.
- Primary It is performed through an incision just above the eyebrow. It is more suitable for older patients.
- Classical (coronal): This procedure, also known as forehead lift, is performed through an incision along the hairline on the forehead.
